Rebekah Sleeth – Criminal Barrister & Solicitor
Rebekah Sleeth is a highly regarded advocate with more than two decades of experience in criminal and commercial law. She was admitted to practice in 2005 after completing her articles at a commercial firm in Melbourne. Following a move to Perth in 2005, she gained valuable experience in civil law before returning to Melbourne in 2006 to join the Victorian Bar.
During her years at the Victorian Bar, Rebekah built a strong reputation in both commercial and criminal law, eventually focusing predominantly on criminal defence. In 2018, she relocated back to Perth, bringing her extensive expertise to Western Australia’s legal landscape. After working at the DDP (2018-2021) Rebekah joined the the WA Bar in 2021, she has continued to advocate for clients in complex criminal matters, leveraging her deep understanding of legal strategy and court advocacy.
Rebekah’s exceptional skills and dedication to justice have been recognised in Doyle’s Guide, where she has been listed as one of the Best Barristers in 2022, 2023, and 2024. Her comprehensive experience across prosecution and defence provides her with a strategic advantage in the courtroom, ensuring the best possible outcomes for her clients.
Brad Spikins – Solicitor
Brad is a solicitor with a strong background in criminal law, court operations, and legal practice support. He holds a law degree from Curtin University and is also fluent in Italian, bringing both strong communication skills and a broad perspective to his practice.
Brad began his legal career at the Magistrates Court of Western Australia, where he worked as a Court Officer for two years. In that role, he gained valuable firsthand experience in court procedure and the day-to-day operation of the justice system, developing a detailed understanding of courtroom processes and judicial administration.
He then spent three years at Albert Wolff Chambers, where he played an integral role in chambers administration and in supporting barristers in the conduct of complex legal matters. This experience provided him with extensive exposure to advocacy and client-focused legal work.
Drawing on his experience across both the courts and private practice, Brad brings a practical, organised, and well-rounded approach to his work as a solicitor, with a strong understanding of court procedure and the realities of legal practice.
Sally Little – Solicitor
With over a decade of experience across policing, investigations and criminal prosecutions, Sally Little is a criminal defence lawyer who brings a practical and strategic perspective to criminal law matters.
Former NSW Police Officer and Police Prosecutor, Sally spent years appearing daily before the Local and Children’s Courts, managing criminal matters from summary offences through to serious indictable proceedings. Her background in investigations and prosecutions provides clients with a unique insight into how police cases are built, evidence is assessed, and prosecutions are advanced.
Sally works across a broad range of criminal matters, applying a meticulous and pragmatic approach to case preparation, negotiations and courtroom advocacy. She is committed to delivering clear, honest advice and tailored legal strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients.
Having worked extensively within the criminal justice system, Sally offers clients an informed understanding of police procedure, evidentiary issues, and prosecutorial decision-making, allowing her to identify weaknesses, opportunities and practical pathways for resolution.
Known for her approachable and straightforward manner, Sally is passionate about helping people navigate what is often one of the most stressful periods of their lives. She prides herself on providing compassionate, non-judgmental representation while advocating firmly for her clients at every stage of proceedings.

Beca Ahluwalia – Paralegal
Rebbeca is the Practice Manager and Paralegal at Podmore Legal, where she works closely with the legal team across criminal defence matters and practice operations.
Currently completing her Practical Legal Training through The Piddington Society as a recipient of the Hon Ken Martin KC Scholarship, Rebbeca has developed a strong interest in criminal law, advocacy, coronial law, and client-centred legal practice. She assists with legal research, court documentation, case preparation, client liaison, and the day-to-day management of matters within the firm.
Before pursuing law, Rebbeca completed a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Genetics and Biotechnology, giving her a unique interdisciplinary background that combines legal analysis with scientific and forensic understanding.
Alongside her work at Podmore Legal, Rebbeca has undertaken legal research roles with the Western Australian Justice Association and iProbono (India), contributing to research in areas including human rights, vulnerable witnesses, and criminal justice reform.
Known for her approachable nature and calm professionalism, Rebbeca values building genuine connections with clients and understands the importance of making people feel heard and supported throughout the legal process.
She is expected to be admitted as a solicitor in 2027.
